Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced into 10 rounds
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- Lime, squeeze 1 quarter
- Cilantro for garnish
If you’re looking for a snack that looks impressive but takes almost no effort, these Pickled Quail Egg Bites are it. Start with cool cucumber rounds and stack on our TPF Spicy Quail Eggs. Finish with red onion and a simple lime and olive oil drizzle.
The quail eggs have a strong kick thanks to their jalapeño brine, but the crisp cucumber keeps it balanced.

Serve them with a bowl of TPF Gherkin Stuffed Olives on the side for a simple snack spread you can’t get enough of.
Recipe Instructions:
- Slice the English cucumber into thin rounds and arrange them on a serving plate.

- In a small jar, combine olive oil, fresh lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Shake well to combine.
- Lightly drizzle the dressing over the cucumber and egg bites.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve with a bowl of Gherkin Stuffed Olives (or your favorite pickles) on the side to complete this snack plate.
