This flavor-packed holiday side dish has just enough heat to keep everyone coming back for seconds. The sweet and spicy pickles are balanced by the buttery bread stuffing.
Pro tip: you’ll want to make extra to have leftovers for your Friday turkey sandwich.
Recipe Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F while you prep the ingredients.
- Chop 4 spears from The Pickle Factory Grandma’s Hot & Sweet Pickles. Warning: This jar is medium spice, so make sure to try it first (add in as desired).
- Take some of the onion, garlic, and jalapeño from the jar and slice into smaller pieces. Then add the seasoning to the bowl.
- Dice the red bell pepper.
- Add all the chopped ingredients to the bowl with the stuffing mix.
- Melt butter in the microwave. Then pour it in with the pickle brine and chicken broth.
- Stir all the ingredients in the bowl and add the mix to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped pickles and dill.
