Ingredients

1 jar of TPF Bread & Butter pickles
1 jar of TPF Fresh Ginger Beets
1 jar of TPF Gherkin Stuffed Olives
Genoa Salame by Fra’ Mani (available in store)
1 block of “Pretty Boy” Sharp Cheddar by Cheese Brothers (available in store)
1 block of “Smoked Supernova” Smoked Provolone by Cheese Brothers (available in store)
Fresh dill
Fresh rosemary
Toothpicks
Plastic wrap
Foam cone (we used 3.8” x 11.9”)

Using a foam cone, layer on your favorites from The Pickle Factory until you’ve crafted a snackable masterpiece that doubles as table décor.

Recipe Instructions

Cover the foam cone in plastic wrap.
Use toothpicks to insert the foods in an upward spiral on the cone. Keep in mind the different shapes and colors when choosing the order that you’re weaving them onto the tree.
1. Pickles
2. Gherkin Stuffed Olives
3. Cheeses – Cut the cheese into cubes. Save some for a star at the top of your tree (pro tip: use a cookie cutter!)
4. Salami - Give each salami slice two quick folds until it looks like a little fan or petal.
Top the tree by inserting your cheese star with a toothpick.
Fill in spaces throughout the tree and around the star with pieces of dill.
Line the base with rosemary to make a festive tree skirt.
