Looking for an easy summer BBQ recipe that doesn’t feel basic? This BBQ Pickle Flatbread will be your new favorite for grilling season.

Classic BBQ sauce, sweet bread & butter pickles, crunchy red onion, and a drizzle of Dijonayo bring every slice together with the perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and briny flavor. Serve it warm off the grill when hosting your next cookout.
Recipe Instructions:
- Heat the grill to medium, or set the oven to 425°F.
- Place the flatbread on the grill for 1–2 minutes per side (or bake for 3–4 minutes) until lightly toasted.
- Spread a generous layer of BBQ sauce over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
- You can cook your own pulled pork or take the easier route with a pre-cooked package. Just sear it in a skillet with some oil to get it browned and mix in some more BBQ sauce. Place pieces of the BBQ pork on the flatbread.
- Add sliced red onion and a light drizzle of pickle brine for extra tang.
- Return to the grill (close lid) or put it in the oven for 5–7 minutes. Wait until cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
- The last 1-2 minutes add the pickles on top, so they get warm without losing their crunch.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro and drizzle the barbecue sauce in a zig zag pattern.Top with dollops of Dijonayo.
- Let it cool off a bit before you cut it into pieces to serve nice and warm.
