- 3 TBSP cream cheese
- ¼ cup Minnow Salmon Wild Sockeye
- 8 pieces of sliced red onion
- A few sprigs of fresh dill
- 2-3 tsp of lemon juice (¼ of lemon)

Recipe Instructions:
- Toast an everything bagel while you prep the schmear.
- Scoop the cream cheese onto a cutting board and push it down with the back of the spoon to spread it out slightly to create your mixing base.
- Layer on the good stuff. Fluff the tin fish salmon and put it on top, of the cream cheese followed by the chopped pickled asparagus. Drizzle a little pickle brine over everything for that extra briny kick.
- Add slices of red onion and fresh dill sprigs, then sprinkle your seasoning and add a splash of fresh lemon juice.
- Using a knife, chop everything in various directions.
- Then use a spatula to mix together until it’s well combined into a chunky, creamy mixture.
