- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 pack of 15 mini phyllo shells
- Garnish: chopped chives and some more chopped pickles (never too much!)

Recipe Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F while you prep the ingredients.
- Chop the pickles and salami and place in a large bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and seasoning to the bowl.
- Mix together until it’s a smooth consistency.
- Place your phyllo shells onto a greased pan — no need for a muffin tray!
- Place a spoonful of your dip in the phyllo shells.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until crust and dip is golden.
- Let them cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped chives and some more pickles.
