These eggs really do give you a big surprise! Start out a bit creamy with that nice salty hit, then quickly follows up with an uppercut of vinegar, then finishes you off with a potent backhand of heat... and after you're only able to ask 'Can I have some more please?'
I'm a glutton fit punishment I suppose. I paired these with the Cajun pickled garlic and the jalapeño slices all on a toothpick together and it was delicious.
