Yes! The World's 1st Pickle Superstore is now available to shop online. Check out all of our dill-icious products and fun pickle-themed finds on our site.
What's your return policy?
With a large range of products ranging from grocery to apparel, we have to manage returns accordingly.
All sales are final on grocery items.
We get it sometimes things aren't the right fit - apparel, home, and fun-find items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

What is The Pickle Factory?
The Pickle Factory is the world's first pickle superstore, founded by the creators of Olive My Pickle. We carry 40+ fermented products from Olive My Pickle, hundreds of vinegar-based pickles, pickle-themed gifts, snacks, apparel, home goods, and more. Visit us in Jacksonville or St. Augustine, FL, or shop online.
What is the relationship between The Pickle Factory and Olive My Pickle?
The Pickle Factory is the retail store created by Charlotte and Shai Tzabari, the founders of Olive My Pickle. Our stores carry the full Olive My Pickle line of 40+ fermented foods alongside curated vinegar pickles, specialty snacks, and pickle-themed gifts from other brands.
Where are your stores located?
We have two locations: our flagship store at 5913 St. Augustine Road in Jacksonville, FL 32207, and our St. Augustine location at 239 San Marco Ave, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Both are open Monday through Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship orders from The Pickle Factory within 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Please note that transit time to your area is in addition to our 3-5 day processing window.
Do you ship perishable or fermented items?
Yes, we ship Olive My Pickle fermented foods and jarred grocery items nationwide within the US. Fermented products can be safely transported unrefrigerated for several days. We use insulated packaging to keep everything fresh during transit.
How does Build-a-Box work?
Build-a-Box lets you mix and match from our jarred collection to create your own custom pickle box. Choose any combination of 16oz or 24oz jars. Get 3 jars for $30 or 6 jars for $55 — that's over 25% savings on the 6-jar bundle. Select your jars, add to cart, and we'll pack them up for you.
Can I customize a Build-a-Box as a gift?
Absolutely! Build-a-Box makes a great gift for pickle lovers. You can mix sweet and savory jars, add a variety of pickled veggies, or stick to all dill pickles — it's totally up to you. We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but the box itself makes a fun presentation.
What brands do you carry?
We carry over 50 brands including our own Pickle Factory jarred collection, Olive My Pickle fermented foods, Kilhaney's Pickles, Frankie's Fine Brine, Crisp & Co., Fishwife tinned fish, Salt & Twine charcuterie, Terrapin Ridge sauces, and many more artisan makers.
Do you have pickle-themed gifts?
We have hundreds of pickle-themed gifts — from pickle socks, necklaces, and enamel pins to plushies, candles, puzzles, art prints, and even pickle-scented beauty products. Whether you're shopping for a birthday, holiday, or just-because gift, we've got something for every pickle lover.
What's the difference between fermented pickles and vinegar pickles?
Fermented pickles (like Olive My Pickle's line) are made through natural lacto-fermentation, which creates live probiotics that support gut health. Vinegar pickles are preserved in a vinegar brine — they're delicious but don't contain live cultures. We carry both types so you can choose based on your preference.
Are your pickles gluten-free?
Most of our pickles and fermented products are naturally gluten-free, as they're made with vegetables, salt, and water. However, some specialty snacks and condiments from other brands may contain gluten. Check individual product labels or contact us at hello@thepicklefact.com for specific items.
Do you offer franchise opportunities?
