Harissa N ̊1 is a Moroccan-style Harissa which is less chile-forward and features a melange of layered flavors from spices, fresh mint, tomato paste and preserved lemons. It is made with the finest quality ingredients containing about a quarter of a preserved lemon per jar and high quality Organic Moroccan olive oil which give it its rustic style and unique texture.
